    Mission-Driven Legal Excellence: Aimee Rippeon’s Journey as Twice the Citizen with TAM and the Army Reserve

    Aimee Rippeon, an Assistant Counsel in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM), plays a critical role in ensuring legally sound decisions. Since joining TAM in 2016 through the Honors Attorney Program, she has gained extensive procurement and litigation experience. After a brief stint with the Navy and a three-star command, she returned to TAM in 2022. Rippeon excels in procurement, fiscal law, and litigation, often working closely with Project Development Teams and Contracting Officers. Her work helps defend TAM against bid protests and contract disputes. Rippeon is also an Army Reserve Judge Advocate and will soon embark on a ten-month LL.M. program, further enhancing her legal expertise. Her dedication and contributions significantly support TAM's mission and legal integrity.

Now she has set the district on a course to achieve another safety accolade, the Army’s Safety and Occupational Health Star Award.
