The Middle East District awarded a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract on July 31, 2025, to construct Aviation Storage, Maintenance Facilities, and Infrastructure for KC-46A aircraft in Israel.
Contract W912ER25C0007 was awarded for $64,998,730.00 to Conti Federal Services, LLC.
The contract scope includes of the new construction of the KC46A Bed Down site at a base in Israel with site development, aircraft hangars, a Storage Parts/Supply Warehouse, an Alternative Mission Equipment Storage Facility, an Aircraft Ground Equipment Shop, a Wash Rack and Run Up Pad, and a Pump House with Storage Tanks.
The period of performance is 1,051 days from issuance of notice-to-proceed.
