The Middle East District awarded an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract for General Architect-Engineer Construction Phase Support Services (CPSS) throughout the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District’s Area of Responsibility on May 19, 2025.
The IDIQ contract, W912ER25D0009 was awarded for a capacity of $75,000,000.00 to Parsons-Versar Joint Venture.
The scope of this IDIQ includes providing Professional Engineers and Registered Architects and on-site Quality Assurance Representatives for inspection and oversight of construction activities, review of construction project submittals, filed and laboratory testing of construction materials, and responses to construction request for information. The contract also includes reviewing Value Engineering Change Proposals (VECP), reviewing and updating construction schedules including critical path updates and three-week look-ahead scheduling, and providing technical subject matter expert support related to construction activities.
The period of performance is 3 years, plus 2 option years from issuance of notice-to-proceed.
