WINCHESTER, Va. -- The Transatlantic Middle East District awarded a contract for a facility the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Sept. 13.
The contract is for a facility in Saudi Arabia, and consists of constructing modular billeting facilities utilizing containerized housing units (CHUs) for troops at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB), including necessary site grading, electrical transformers and service lines from prime power, and FF&E.
Contract number W912ER21C0022 Total Base Bid was awarded for $26,845,944 to Contract Watts, Inc.
The period of performance is Sept. 14, 2021 to Sept. 14, 2023, or 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
