District awards Kuwait MATOCs

WINCHESTER, Va. - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District awarded three Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contracts 13 June.  

The contracts, called MATOCs, are awarded and in place before requirements for specific goods and services are identified. These Kuwait MATOCs will be used to award construction contracts for anticipated future needs in Kuwait.

Individual MATOC project task orders are anticipated between $1,000,000 and $20,000,000 each with a total contract capacity of $250,000,000 over a five-year period of performance consisting of a one-year base period and four 12-month option periods, 13 June 2018 through 12 June 2023..

The contract numbers are: W912ER-18-D-0004, W912ER-18-D-0005 and W912ER-18-D-0006. The three contractors are: American International Contractors, Inc. (AICI), Black and Veatch (BV), and Contrack Watts International (CWI).
