The Transatlantic Middle East District Commander Colonel Philip Secrist, along with Carlos Estrella, the area engineer, and Issa Dioubate, the project engineer, brief Lt. Gen. Scott A. Spellmon, the 55th Chief of Engineers and commanding general of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, on renovation project for building 550 South, located at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, on 31 Jan. When completed with new entry control points, cubicles, office space, secure communications, and heating and air-conditioning, the former warehouse will support multiple commands with approximately 250 personnel.
