U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) summer hires and one Department of the Army fellow tour of the Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant as during their time with the District . Since TAM's mission is primarily overseas, the team toured the plant to show them another aspect of the USACE mission.
