Quarles assumes command of Corps' Middle East District

WINCHESTER, Va. - Col. Vincent Quarles accepts the Army Corps of Engineers flag, and with it command of the Corps’ Middle East District, from Maj. Gen. Michael Eyre, the Corps’ Transatlantic Division Commander.
