EEO

The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) provides leadership and direction in creating and sustaining a diverse workforce and an environment free of discrimination at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and USACE work proactively to enhance the employment of women, minorities, veterans and people with disabilities.  This is achieved through policy development, oversight, complaints prevention, outreach, education, and training programs.

For questions regarding employment discrimination, affirmative employment, internships and student employment (Pathways Program), please contact the Equal Employment Program Manager or call (540) 665-3942 or (540) 665-6547.
