“By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom.” The Infantryman’s Creed rings true today, as the Army celebrates 250 years since its founding by the Continental Congress on June 14, 1775. Older than the nation we protect, the Army is always ready, always there, training to deploy, engage, and destroy the enemies of the United States of America.
