U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Bruno, the Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Western Recruiting Region mascot, travels across the depot to highlight his upcoming trip to the 2025 Yuma Airshow at MCRD San Diego, California, March 7, 2025. The mascot’s job is to boost morale, participate in outreach work and attend events and ceremonies. The Middle East District provides engineering, design, construction execution, and related services and support to mission partners in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) to increase regional security and stability in support of enduring U.S. interests; on order, supports contingency operations.

 

The Middle East District is a subordinate element of the Transatlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
