USAID provides additional 150 ventilators to Russia

Transportation systems technicians from the 452nd Logistics Readiness Squadron and aircrew from the 16th Airlift Squadron prepare 150 ventilators from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to be delivered to Moscow, Russia from March Air Reserve Base in Calif., June 1, 2020. USAID is working with U.S. Government inter-agency partners to provide critical life-saving medical equipment for the Russian People. For nearly 60 years, USAID and the Department of Defense have partnered to provide humanitarian assistance and disaster relief and promote economic growth and stability around the world. Mission

The Middle East District provides engineering, design, construction execution, and related services and support to mission partners in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) to increase regional security and stability in support of enduring U.S. interests; on order, supports contingency operations.

 

The Middle East District is a subordinate element of the Transatlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
