Soldiers of the 593rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command officially put on the America's First Corps patch during a patching ceremony on April 16, 2025, at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. The event marked a historic transition as the unit begins its redesignation to the 593rd Corps Sustainment Command, aligning under I Corps to better support large-scale, multi-domain operations across the Indo-Pacific. With a lineage dating back to World War II, this transformation reflects the Army’s modernization priorities and commitment to sustaining readiness in one of the world’s most strategically vital regions.
