U.S. Marines with Combat Service Support Company, I Marine Expeditionary Force Support Battalion, I MEF Information Group, conduct a crew-served weapons range at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Dec. 16, 2024. CSSC provides combat service support, security, and administrative services to the MEF Headquarters, Marine Expeditionary Brigade Headquarters, I MIG Headquarters and its subordinate units when forward deployed. The Middle East District provides engineering, design, construction execution, and related services and support to mission partners in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) to increase regional security and stability in support of enduring U.S. interests; on order, supports contingency operations.

 

The Middle East District is a subordinate element of the Transatlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
