For weeks with Monday holiday, the shift to leave CRC is moved to Wednesday, mid-day.  In cases where the holiday falls on a Tuesday, the shift is still Wednesday. The determining factors are (1) how many are out-processing --not just USACE, but other Commands and (2) the frequency of the flights from El Paso to the HOR airport the individual is traveling to.

Once the individual has completed all of CRC out processing, to include the USACE portion, USACE LNOs will notify APPO that earlier flights can be worked to return individual to HOR.
