The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Middle East District (SWM) recently awarded a $48M Indefinite Deliverable Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for operations and maintenance (O&M) support for the newly constructed Falcon 5/F-15QA facilities at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This program demonstrates USACE’s contribution to the FMS total package approach, ensuring our Host Nation partners receive a full level of life cycle support, including sustainability efforts after initial delivery. USACE turned over the $500M in facilities associated with this program in spring of 2025.
The IDIQ was awarded to Al Rawabet Commercial Services Contracting Co. W.L.L (Linkco) on 20 Nov 2025 with a period of performance of 5 years. Task Order #01, which provides mobilization and both regular and corrective maintenance will award on 25-Feb-2026 at a value of $25,216,647 over 5 years.
