The Middle East District awarded Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Delivery Order Contract (SADOC) #W912ER25DA001 on September 26, 2025, establishing a tool for the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD) to procure Prefabricated Concrete Elements (PCE). The SADOC contract scope requires the contractor to procure, inspect, and deliver PCE in support of IMOD under a Foreign Military Sales agreement. The Government will use the IDIQ to award Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Orders for the PCE. This contract requires a U.S. Company to purchase PCEs from one or more of the IMOD supplied list of Authorized Vendors of local Israeli pre-cast manufacturers. Following order and manufacturing the contractor is to inspect the units, perform quality control, and delivery them to Israel military installations as designated in the DO Performance Work Statement (PWS). Each DO PWS identifies the type and quantity of the PCE (from a pre-priced list of elements) to be procured and the delivery location(s).
The SADOC’s period of performance is 1,826 days from contract award. The initial Delivery Order’ period of performance began with Notice-to-Proceed on September 30, 2025 and concludes on February 17, 2026
